Pyramid Shape Packing
This pyramid-shape pouch forming, filling and packaging machine measure the volume of products such as powder, granular and solid material such as peanuts, raisins, chocolates, beans and then produces pouches from printed film on a roll according to the print pitch, using a heat sealing system, fills the pouches, seals them, and cut them all in a continuous operation.

This machine usually averages between 10-20 cans per minute with respect to its speed depending on the size of the cans. In addition to that, it is also capable of seaming round cans of various diameters, starting from size 200 (50 mm) to size 603 (153mm). An extra feature found in this machine is that not only does it seam round cans, but it also seams oval and rectangular cans. This machine also allows the operator to change the cans from round cans to oval cans or rectangular cans instantaneously without having to change the seaming head. Besides this flexibility, this machine can also use four seaming rolls during operation.
